First ride and washing impression is very good - cycling in near 100% humidity the jersey seemed to flow plenty of air, although my back was soaking wet at the end of the ride; I machine washed in 'gentle' with a splash of white vinegar and it came out clean and fresh, and air dried in less than an hour.
The fit, as advertised, was generous if even a bit loose. I wear a 17/34 shirt, 46" chest, and the fit was quite comfortable in the XL.
