Policy Overview
• Unused Merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the packing slip, invoice or sales receipt.
• Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping. You will receive an email notification when your credit has been processed.
• Standard bank processing time is 3-6 business days for a credit to be reflected in your available balance once you have received the email notification.
Shipping
• Packages must be returned pre-paid: C.O.D. Deliveries will not be accepted.
• Return items via FedEx – Insured, UPS - Insured, or Parcel Post - Insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
Exchanges
• Due to the seasonality of merchandise, we are not able to accommodate all exchanges but will do our best to get you the gear you’re looking for
• If you require a different item/ color/ size, please place a new order at Pactimo.com to make sure you receive the item you desire while it’s still available; your credit card will be credited for any item(s) that you return to us (see above for return details).
