The extra-wide Self-Fabric Leg Compression Band is the preferred choice of racers all over the world. Compression Bands makes for a longer, more comfortable short, that will never ride up or bind. (Shorter or larger thighed riders may prefer the Ascent shorts with Silicone Grippers at the leg openings.)

Fabric Details
Eschler PowerGrid is a Swiss-made fabric designed to actively absorb perspiration without drying the skin. Thanks to the hygienic, skin-friendly qualities, and freedom of movement, Eschler fabrics ensure outstanding wearer comfort. While engineered to keep the body warm in cold weather, the fabric also helps to regulate the climate against the skin, and thus ensure optimal thermal balance of the body in warm weather as well. Membrane technology makes the fabric wind and water resistant, making Eschler fabrics good protection against the elements while allowing air circulation and promoting optimal breathability.
Chamois Details
The Italian made Cytech chamois is the ultimate top-end cycling short insert, developed after thousands of hours of wear testing to curve perfectly with human anatomy where it meets the saddle. Wore them for the first time on an 85-mile ride with lots of climbing and had zero chaffing or problems. I have been looking for a pair of shorts for an IM and there is no doubt that these are them. Every pair of shorts I own chaff and dig into my waist, and I dreaded even putting them on. Now, I look forward to my rides. I bought a size L and the sizing chart was right on. I'm 5'6 and the length was perfect. Will be buying another pair. Quite buying inexpensive shorts and invest in a pair of what will surely be your favorite, go to shorts.

These are my first road cycling shorts from Pactimo. Impressed with overall quality. Appreciate the higher waistband that stays up and doesn't roll down - I do have a little bit extra around the belly, not fat-free flat, so this is a concern with cycling shorts. The pad stays put on long rides, doesn't bunch up or shift on the body, seems to wick away the sweat pretty good too.
I am pleased with these shorts.

the material is the best and very comfortable. I also ride a tandem and you need good shorts for that ride, these are the best!

I love these shorts! I took them out of the package and wore them on a 50 miler with lots of climbing and had nothing but pure comfort! Worth every penny!!!

I have these shorts in the bibs as well as the standard shorts and love them both. They are my go-to favorites. I esp like the yoga waistband and the lightweight, breathable fabric from which they are made. They are sleek and fit like a glove yet the chamois is thick and comfortable, even for long rides.

I purchased these shorts a few weeks ago. They are very comfortable and have quickly became favorites. The bands at the waist and leg are flat and soft, and do not cut into the skin. I love them!
